The candidate must be an inhabitant of Punjab and have plots up to 5 marlas located in urban areas or 10 marlas in rural regions. The maximum limit of the loan will be PKR 1.5 million, and the time allotted will be 7 years with easy monthly installments, whereas the operational cost of these funds will be covered by the Government.
