Navigating Property Transfer Fee: Your Guide to DHA Multan

DHA Multan Transfer Procedure

Documents required by the buyer

The buyer or new owner of the property shall provide the following documents:
●    Copy of National Identity Card (duly attested by Oath Commissioner)
●    Membership form (acquired from DHA Reception)
●    Membership Fee (of buyer/new owner)
●    Transfer Fee Receipt
●    2 x Passport size photographs (duly attested by Oath Commissioner)
●    Affidavit of the Purchaser (Specimen Affidavit)
●    Sale Agreement (Applied by 1 Dec 2021)

Documents required by the seller

The seller shall be required to provide the following documents:
●    No Demand Certificate (NDC) (acquired from DHA Reception)
●    Copy of National Identity (duly attested by Oath Commissioner)
●    Affidavit of the Seller (Specimen Affidavit)
●    Original File of the Property – Allotment/ Allocation/ Intimation letters
●    Proof of Payment of all outstanding amount in NDC
●    Capital Gain Tax (CGT) – 1% (filer) or 2% (nonfiler) of DC value of the plot
●    Stamp Duty – 5% of DC value of the plot

In case a property dealer is involved, the Registration Form of the property dealer will be required as well. Please note that only Authorized/Registered agents can assist in the transfer process.
